00:40 The 7 Golden Guidelines for Healthy Eating
Today, I'm breaking down the fundamentals of healthy eating because sometimes we all need a reminder. Despite all the conflicting information out there, the essentials are scientifically established and easy to learn.
Let's dive into The 7 Golden Guidelines for Healthy Eating! 🌟
1️⃣ Enjoy an abundance of fruits and vegetables.
2️⃣ Make monounsaturated fats your main fats.
3️⃣ Choose 100% whole grains.
4️⃣ Regularly include foods high in Omega-3 fats.
5️⃣ Include beans/legumes daily.
6️⃣ Enjoy some type of healthy, clean protein at each meal.
7️⃣ Avoid processed foods - stick to foods with single ingredients or whole foods. 🚫🍟
If remembering all 7 is too much, simply focus on these 2:
Eat mostly real foods (avoid processed foods). Make plant-based foods the foundation of your diet. 🌱 There you go! Healthy eating demystified!

Hello everyone !! You don’t have to find it difficult to get rid of bad breath disease. There’s herbalist doctor who can cure you permanently from this bad breath disease with natural herbal medicine and natural diet. I was able to cure my bad breath disease with #dremovon herbal medicine on UA-cam..👍
Number one: eat more meat and fat!
Complete BULLSHIT! Follow the science….like taking Covid 19 vaccines!
Started to eat black cumin, 1/4 teaspoon of whole seeds per day. Was on it for 2 weeks. Cut myself cooking and had to go to urgent care because the bleeding just would not stop after 2 hours of trying. I'm not on any meds and didn't have any issues with bleeding before. Just beware, it will thin your blood.
Cutting back on processed foods is always a good idea. I use polysorbates the disperse pigments in water/glycol mixtures. Although they are low hazard chemicals they should not be eaten

Excellent, dear friend, thank you for your excellent reception❤️❤️😋😋🤝🔔
Thanks and welcome!
I have insulin resistance so I can not eat fruit, beans, legumes, or grains. I am on a practically carb free diet with lots of proteins and fats. I also do IF 18/6. Any suggestions? Thanks.
You can include the healthy carbs! Visit drannwellness.com for guidance!
Thank you! Are there any soy substitutes that help in the same way (for food allergy reasons)?
I suffered from bad breath for four years and those past years have been in complete agony and pain until I came across Dr Emovon on UA-cam who cured me permanently from bad breath with his herbal products, Dr.Emovon is the real deal to infections #dremovon
What's your Monday Tips for avid walk behind lawn mowing over age 65?
It’s funny when Americans come to Scotland they still buy disgusting bottled water, we have some of the cleanest water 😂

Are you married?
Yes and happily!
Thank you Dr. Ann for guiding us to a healthier lifestyle.

Why are governments not banning manufacturers from using these methods of food production which are in effect poisoning us?
Thanks Ann. I live in UK and tend only to drink tap water although good to know of the issues you face over in US. Will the water industry pay attention to your findings? I certainly hope so.
I hope the findings from these published studies reach enough people and move them to decrease their plastic usage so we can come up with healthier alternatives for ourselves and the planet!
@@DrAnn thank you Ann. 😊
Very alarming Dr. Ann! Thanks for bringing this to our attention. What should we do for our water? Any tips (such as filtering tap water, buying bottled water in a glass, etc.)?
Good question! Aim to use refillable plastic-free water bottles and filtered tap water when able!
@@DrAnn Thanks!
Dont eat anything with “cheese powder” in it. It contains mostly maltodextrin.
Lol
Funny this came on today because I’m making it for dinner! So good!
Awesome!
👍👍👍👍👍
What about all the dirt and or bugs that go in the onion when you cut it across the root? Don't you wash your veggies first?
If they're really dirty, of course!
Thank you Dr. Ann for sharing this!!
You're so welcome!
Thank you for this, for making yourself vulnerable and sharing. God bless you and I hope you keep us in the loop.
Thank you, Tom!
Thanks for this post. I will be looking forward to hearing what impact your strategy has. Hope it works for you.
Thank you!

I love your videos and all of your suggestions. I’m struggling with a restrictive diet and have learned that soy is not a friend to many people including myself. I do everything possible to avoid it. I would love to know how you feel about the inflammatory effects of soy. Are there soy products that are not? Soy lecithin which is in the craziest places? Etc.
How much oats, oat bran, and soy should we eat to lower cholesterol ? Or how much are you having?
I'm wondering also!
This is a great video - thanks, Dr. Ann. I was reading about the Portfolio diet and the helpful foods you mentioned. With regards to the amounts, are you calculating per calorie goal or just a set amount of almonds (28g, 1 oz) and other foods per day? How much steel-cut oats each day for example? Thanks for sharing this video - very helpful info.
Thank you! I am exactly in the same "boat" as you...fit & active, weight stable, in my 60's and watching my total cholesterol creep up. Seems to be genetic, but I want to do what I can without meds to keep it from going higher. This is super helpful and I will get my ApoB checked!
So glad it's helpful!
People do not believe me about doung this with onions..once i feed them this they cant have it enough...its unreal how good they taste!!! I do t do anything but bake them!!!
Dr. Ann. You look great! You are clearly doing a lot of things right. As for me, I don't worry about my total cholesterol which hovers around 205. I have found that by limiting sugar intake, my all important triglyceride number remain very low.
Thanks for sharing!!
I hate sardines but I gag down at least a can every few days. I’m working on doing it more often.
Dr. Ann gives the best advice for staying healthy and eating nutricious foods.
Thank you, Tensie!
These are my favorite snack. I cook enough for a few days so I always have some in the fridge. My kid likes to melt cheese into them and eat them like a burrito lol
How about tricalcium phosphate??
You lost me when you added the barbecue sauce. I eat the beans with herbs and spices, no sugar because I am pre-diabetic. Try them with smoked paprika and ground chipotle pepper. Thanks for the video.
Excellent advice as always!
Glad it was helpful!
Can you eat the flowers Nigella sativa
I make a salad out of them. I add onions, parsley, my own spice blend that has cloves and cumin etc in it. A little mayo. Small amount. I also add chopped pecans, egg, pickled onions on top. Great video 🌺❤️
Don't care what is the best if it comes from China!
Great info.
I started kimchi. Delicious.
Great! It's so good!
Eating Tahini as I watch this
Haha yay!
So what foods? I missed it! Blueberries and raspberries?
Question. I`m now 71, am i an older adult? 😆
No, you are an old adult.
@@tompugh2592 thank you Ann. That's good to know. Xx
Thank you Ann
